Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS, TIMES AND COSTS

We currently ship to the following destinations:

UK mainland & Ireland (2-3 working days)
France, Italy, Germany, Northern Ireland (3-5 working days)

Shipping to these destinations is FREE.

Okapi can, by special arrangement, facilitate delivery to the USA and other international delivery destinations. Please email customercare@okapi.com with the details of the product you are interested in, together with the information of where you would like the goods delivered. The customer service team will then advise if we can fulfill your request.

However you will be charged for the delivery in accordance with the charges quoted to you by our customer service team. Please note that there are restrictions on some goods for certain international delivery destinations.

If you order goods for delivery to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the International Delivery Destination.

Purchases made from the UK website are fulfilled from London.

DO WE SHIP TO THE USA?

Whilst the USA is not yet one of our standard shipping destinations, Okapi can, by special arrangement, facilitate delivery to the USA and other international delivery destinations.

Please email customercare@okapi.com with the details of the product you are interested in, together with the information of where you would like the goods delivered. The customer service team will then advise if we can fulfill your request.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers in the UK, EU and South Africa will be charged the applicable VAT on their purchases.

If you order goods from our site for delivery to the USA or an international destination outside of the EU, you will not be charged VAT but your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that international destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email which will include a link to the Interlink or Fedex website. You will be directed to the relevant website ,where if you enter the tracking number of your shipment you will see its status.  Please wait four hours from receipt of your dispatch email and using the tracking tool.

INSURANCE

Okapi insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient for delivery purposes other than yourself (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Okapi, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

On receipt of your goods, please check that the number of boxes received matches the documentation and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. If you do notice anything unusual about your order please notify Okapi immediately.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Please note, before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. This security measure is for your protection and we will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
