DELIVERY DESTINATIONS, TIMES AND COSTS – SOUTH AFRICA

We offer FREE delivery to customers throughout South Africa

Major Centers (2-3 working days from despatch)
Outlying areas (3-5 working days from despatch)

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of an order.

International customers – please go to the United Kingdom store by selecting United Kingdom from the dropdown menu in the top left hand corner of the screen. Please then proceed to the shipping and deliveries page for full details of our international shipping destinations.

South African orders are fulfilled from Cape Town.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customers in South Africa will be charged the applicable VAT on their purchases.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email which will include a link to the Berco / Aramax website. Once on their website, if you enter the tracking number of your shipment you will see its status.  Please wait four hours from receipt of your dispatch email and using the tracking tool.

INSURANCE

Okapi insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient for delivery purposes other than yourself (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Okapi, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. On receipt of your goods, please check that the number of boxes received matches the documentation and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. If you do notice anything unusual about your order please notify Okapi immediately.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
